Hi there, Here's is a video down the line of my swing with a driver. I don't hit the ball nearly as long as I used to do and am fighting a weak fade. However, even when I hit one that feels great and is down the middle, the yardage just isn't there. I feel as though I hit them in the 230 range when I used to be in the 260-270 range. Something is making me lose power but I don't know what it is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

People with light-years more expertise than I have will no doubt be able to be give better feedback, but it seems to me that the angle created between the club and arms is released almost immediately in the downswing; this could explain the loss in distance.

This immediately stood out to me as well. The hands flip and all the angle is gone by a5-a6 leaving you no choice but to drag the club through without any leverage. Try this drill

Hard to tell what your backswing is doing. The camera angle is not the best. Note for future videos please have the camera angle about waist high and down the toe line.

Still these positions look solid.

How ever these positions are not solid

Your butt moves towards the ball, your head moves up and away from the ball. You have early release at the top of the swing. I'd work on maintain your spine tilt. At the top of the swing a few feels that might work would be driving your hands down and out towards the ball faster. Another is driving that right shoulder down towards the ball.

You could do some mirror work as well. Get to the top of the swing and do slow swings bringing the club down slowly towards impact and focus on staying in that titl.

In the end you need to stay in that tilt.

Trying to eliminate that and hit the ball with a more piercing ball flight
