Hi all I played a round on Sunday as I've done many times previously. My back has been aching, seems muscular, ever since. Does anybody know of a good exercise to make me a bit more flexible for the follow through as I think part of the problem is my stiffness in the back area?

Best exercise for stretching in general is Yoga, IMHO.

I agree with @Yukari and would add that after you feel better, do core strengthening exercises as well. A strong core, abs, helps support the back.
