I have not had to do this yet, but as I get older I do know that sometimes when you gotta go you gotta go and you better be prepared.  I had back problems last year and my sciatic nerve was being compressed a little, during that period of time I had a few episodes where just holding it for a while was not an option.  Fortunately I did not have an accident but I did have one humorous close call, I will not go into details here however, its just way, way, too much TMI.  My wife and I do have a good laugh on occasion  about that, especially if we pass by a Burger King.  I think I may start putting some wipes and TP in my bag, that is actually a pretty good idea.

Yes, the older I get. I can't wait or hold it like I use to. Especially If I had a few adult beverages the night before.

Ha

I am not normally squeamish, but I think I threw up a bit in my mouth!
I dont see how this helps or makes it better, but darn that is funny yet awkward.
Going pee has never been an issue with myself or anyone I play with (unless there is a women in the group). We just head to a tree and do what you have to do. Some guys will stand next to the car facing away from us.

Using this club would allow you do it in the open. So now everyone knows what you are doing.

Not to mention I dont want a club full of pee sloshing around in my bag.
What if it leaks?
what if the cap is not screwed on well enough?
What if you forget to empty it after the round?

In my Grom:

Driver-Taylormade 10.5 Woods- Taylomade 3 wood, taylormade 4 Hybrid
Irons- Callaway Big Berthas 5i - GW Wedges- Titles Volkey  Putter- Odyssey protype #9
Ball- Bridgestone E6
All grips Golf Pride

What if you forget it in the back of your car for a few days during the hot summer?  Gaaak.

Would the URO count as one of your 14 clubs?

More importantly, do I need to regrip it after so many rounds?

Ha ha hilarious! We have a guy called bear grylls over this side of the pond, an adventurer type. In one show of his he skins a snake pees in the skin saves it and drinks it later for survival! Reminds me of that.

This man speaks the truth, I saw that episode.  I also saw him pick peanuts out of elephant poo and eat it (okay it was not peanuts but it was something and he did do it).  Off topic but I like Les Stroud (Survivorman) better, his advice will help tremendously and is practical.  Bear Grylls advice is good if you are a commando or trained military person in peak physical condition who may find himself in a bit of a predicament.  Some of his advice is downright dangerous and foolish and can do more harm than good.  Oddly, if someone were to perish because of his advice we would not know so it is hard to inform the average or uninformed person to not do things that he does.  One episode he advocated scaling a mountain as opposed to going around it and showed him doing such, a few clips you could see the safety ropes on him that he never mentioned you need to have (you were not supposed to see them).  Another time he advocated making a makeshift torch and going into a dark cave and under a mountain in hopes of getting to the other side quicker.  Those should be blatantly obvious things to not do in a survival situation.  They are the intellectual equivalent to kicking  an African killer bee beehive and then whipping out your johnson to pee on them as they come for you.  Huh, I vaguely remember Bear doing something along those lines too I think......

I defiantly think that plastic would degrade over some use, they should just convert one of those ball tubes would hold more, good for both 1&2, and your not fooling anyone with that club anyways.

You mean the same Bear Grylls that got in trouble for spending nights in hotels once the cameras went off when he was supposed to be roughing it? It was probably lemonade he was drinking from that snake skin.

Not asking if anyone has used one but does anybody know a person who as bought the Uro Club or seen someone "lining up a shot" with the Uro Club?  If so, your thoughts?  I just can't see this as being something someone would use but I could be very wrong

Psyllium Husks -- put a tablespoon in your oatmeal in the morning, or dissolve in water and drink quickly.

Helps clear you out smoothly each morning, and reduces cholesterol

Or, just play golf with an accountant. They know how to work things out with a pencil.  :0

    • First off please forgive me if this is not a proper post or not in the proper location, still learning the ropes around here. Second, it's important that I mention I am very new to the game with only about 10 rounds of golf under my belt, most being 9 holes. Only this year have I started playing 18. That being said, I am hooked, love the game and am very eager to learn and improve. To give you an idea of my skill, the last 2 18 rounds I played were 110 and 105. Not great at all, however I am slowly improving as I learn. Had been having bad slicing issues with the driver and hybrids but after playing some more and hitting the range, I've been able to improve on that quite a bit and have been hitting more straight on average. Irons have always come easier to me as far as hitting straight for some reason. Wedges have needed a lot of improvement, but I practice chipping about 20-30 mins about 3-5 times a week and that's helped a lot. Today I went to the range and started to note down some distance data, mind you I am averaging the distances based off my best guess compared to the distance markers on the range. I do not currently own a range finder or tracker. From reading some similar posts I do understand that filling gaps is ideal, but I am having a some issues figuring out those gaps and understanding which clubs to keep and remove as some gaps are minimal between clubs. Below is an image of the chart I put together showing the clubs and average distances I've been hitting and power applied. For some reason I am hitting my hybrids around the same distances and I am not sure why. Wondering if one of them should be removed. I didn't notice a huge loft difference either. The irons I have are hand me downs from my grandfather and after playing with them a bit, I feel like they're just not giving me what could potentially be there. The feel is a bit hard/harsh and underwhelming if that makes sense and I can't seem to get decent distances from them. Wondering if I should be looking to invest in some more updated irons and if those should be muscle backs or cavity backs? My knowledge here is minimal. I have never played with modern fairway woods, only the classic clubs that are actually wood and much smaller than modern clubs. I recently removed the 4 and 5 woods from my bag as I was never using them and I don't hit them very well or very far. Wondering if I should look into some more modern fairway wood options? I appreciate any feedback or advice anyone is willing to give, please forgive my lack of knowledge. I am eager to learn! Thank you.
    • I would think that 3 in a row with the same players might get some behind the scenes examination from the SCGA if they were suspect.  Are there any clubs questioning the results?
    • What simple fact? A golf match is not a coin flip — there is a fact for you. I'm trying to help you, and you're throwing out what could easily be called sour grapes. Come with FACTS, not weak analogies. Then you've got nothing. Hopefully they've done a better job of making their case. 😛
    • It's pretty close. The odds of a 50/50 shot going your way 21 times are greater than 1 in a million!  I guess your point is, that simple fact is not enough to declare these guys dirty rotten sandbaggers. I disagree, but fair enough. I posted it here on the message board to get different perspectives, after all.  I probably won't be digging further into specific scores. I have no dog in this fight beyond a generalized contempt for sandbagging. With that said, it would not surprise if a lot of clubs shared my concern and were grousing about it to the SCGA.
    • I had an article on Cam Smith pop up along with this..... Current major eligibility list for all LIV Golf players Here's a look at which majors, if any, all LIV Golf players are eligible.
