Hello,

I'm looking to improve my cardiovascular, endurance and heart rate for my golf and I was wondering what are some of the best cardio workout exercises for bike? I saw some workouts like: stationary bike, jog, fast walk, row, run, shuttle, box jump, cardio machines, etc. Those are some of the examples I had and I was curious to see what kind of cardio workouts that you guys do to improve your heart rate and endurance for golf. Just my 2 cents.

Any help would be appreciated!

swimming. I've been swimming seriously since I was in a swim/water polo team in high school. I've seen football players trying to swim with the swim team and they told me while you can get in a decent shape for football by running and whatnots within a few days, they say swimming is the hardest thing they did trying to get in shape.

I'm talking about laps within certain time limits not a leisurely wading in the pool.

Plus, the range of motion required in swimming helps me stay flexible for golf swing.
