      Day 78: Played 18 holes. Long game was good, short game was crap (the rentals didn’t help there). Know what I need to work on the next few months!

      Day 5: Worked on downswing feel today. Started off working way too fast, but I was self aware enough to recognize this. I stopped, went inside, did slow rehearsals for 15 minutes, then made dinner and played Nintendo Switch with kids. Then went back outside and started with balls again. Still probably went too fast, but did much better in the second attempt.

      I've said it before, but I think this is the biggest benefit to GEARS for me. It removes the ambiguity of communication. If @iacas is trying to get me to do something and I'm not doing it, is it because I'm not quite understanding what he wants me to do, or am I just doing it wrong? With GEARS it's like, see that number, X? Make it closer to Y instead. Then I go about exploring some feels, which for me feels less foreign because it's coming out of my brain.

      No, but why should they? Titleist makes like $670M from golf ball sales last year alone. No. They spend the majority of their roughly $56M R&D budget on golf balls, and that will go up millions of dollars over the next few years just to research and develop the best ball under the proposed standard.
