Eat your heart out Jordan Spieth says this Euro player who doesn't need to get down and dirty on the ground. We must not allow a marshmallow eating gap! (Strangelove)

How many takes was it REALLY though?  Spieth did it in front of a huge crowd.

Fun with marshmallows. In an outing leave one near the cup on a green that requires mostly blind shots. Just make sure you are using the Campfire brand in the USA or the Rocky Mountain brand in Europe.

First year I played golf, someone sprinkled marshmallows all over the fairway on one hole.   It's got to be the golf equivalent of hitting all the elevator buttons as you get out.

That I can agree with. When some of the courses I play cut the lawns it leaves a lot of foamy balls of what looks like soap bubbles all over the course. It can make it challenging to locate your ball at first.

The physics are pretty simple: the golf ball will go straight up if you hit the ball up at all. The more launch the ball gets, the higher the marshmallow will go.

It's an easy trick too if you can balance one golf ball on top of the other: hit the bottom one, catch the top one in your pocket or something. We used to goof around doing that all the time.

Or, for bonus points, hit the bottom ball, and then hit the top one as it falls down out of the air!
