Looks like Robert Allenby is up to his old tricks. Arrested outside an Illinois casino. The man needs to quit the booze.

Reading between the lines, it would appear he got kicked out of the Casino but then either refused to leave or came back in starting problems.....

IMO, the guy has some serious problems that he needs to address...

Allenby definitely needs to get on the 10 step program before he really gets hurt or gets himself into trouble.  He's making Daly look sober.

Daly needs to have a get together with Allenby, like he did with Beef.

I didn't know that Daly met with Beef, was it in regards to booze or just being on Tour?

Both, beef thought he could keep up with Daly in the drinking dept. John proved otherwise.

This has nothing to do with anything but ... I think they're 12 steps. ;)

No wonder there are so many alcoholics, 12 steps is a lot of steps to remember.

Wasn't there a scene reminiscent of this in tin cup ?

I use old Taylor Made clubs from eBay and golf shops.

Got to the PGA.com website. Type in BEEF in the search function. The article should appear.

Alcohol.......it's not for everyone.

It's been my downfall for the last 25 years. It shows me how weak I'am everyday. The routine is so hard to break.  There is only one way that you can stand, but so many ways to fall.

Bah . .it's a minor dust-up.  Belligerence, most likely.  Allenby should drink less, sure - but let's not go full Johnny Football here, lol.  Beef and Daly have little in common except they were both probably at risk for alcoholism.  I don't know much about Beef . .but he seems just like a lot of guys who drink too much . . nothing to worry about (if it isn't you) unless he becomes a part of the smaller percentage who just drink way,way too much.  Daly isn't even in that category . .by every "real world" standard - John Daly is doing fine.  Is he (Daly) in danger of ruin? perhaps . . . but you can't really call it just yet . .he may outlive us all.
