I thought one has to demonstrate a certain level of handicap to play the Old Course???....is it also a requirement for the other courses at St. Andrews too?
I know it's one man's opinion....I never would have not guessed Lawrie to be arrogant....in a way not surprised at The Mechanic.
But, let's face it....quite a few people who excel in their career are some what arrogant....they know they are good.
Thank you guys. I have probably seen the very best an very worst of golfers an people on the links. Best I have seen his is 66 with every hi fairway and every green Hit by some English pro and worst I have seen is German 50 handicapper who took 22 shots on first but didn’t go in burn lol which was more amazing. Met a lot of the pros. Rory McIlroy, Ernie Els and Brandon stone nicest pros I have met with Paul lawrie (even though he’s Scottish too) very arrogant and Jimenez (up himself too)
96, 47/49. Driver gone stone cold. Tried everything to get it right then realized my swing with irons were fine. So one the last two holes just used a long chipping stroke with the driver just to get off the tee box and on the fairway. And just like that my swing came back. I hate/love this game.
