You're not only working on the wrong priorities, you're working on them poorly/inefficiently.

You are probably right . My priorities should be the short game because that's where I fail the most (but I don't get to play or practice enough because of other non-golf responsibilities).

My long game is good enough for me to get around the course without too many lost strokes but I think it could be made easier without too much strain.

You once discussed wrist bowing relative to face closure and I recently came across this video that explains and visualizes the points I made very well.
