Miami Beach is Out of Sand

Just wanted to add some images of my old home.

The images are so different, it's hard to imagine they are of the same area.

There's nothing natural about those "fingers" that have created and built upon. If the oceans do rise, adding all the sand in the world won't help keep those neighborhoods above water.

On the other hand, a direct hit from a category 5 hurricane would change things a lot quicker.
