How Many Courses will Tiger Design?

Golf courses not-really-designed by the name tour pro are a problem in the industry, according to Kyle Phillips Design Co. ...

Oh, David… typical.

By the accounts I've heard he has been more involved in his first several courses than Jack was. Including designing several short courses already because he first learned on a short course.

Typical how?  @WUTiger's post indicates that it's an industry wide concern/issue.  Had the OP asked about Jordon Speith, my response would've been the same.

Clarification: I did not mean to imply that Tiger was guilty of name-only activity.

I don't monitor his course designing that closely, but I have seen several stories and video clips showing his hands-on role.

Typical of how you'd be expected to respond to a Tiger thread. And your response was posted before John's.

If Tiger provides the vision behind a project, and other architects implement it, I'd still consider him the designer/course architect.

That said, I think he will probably design a good number of courses...he seems to really enjoy it and have an affinity for it (based on reviews of his work). I'm not sure what a "normal" number of courses is, so I won't give a fixed number.

I wonder if he'd ever do a "redesign" like other architects do, or if his ego (not in a bad way, it's deserved!) would make it not something he'd have the desire to do.
