Biion footwear

So played golf yesterday afternoon with a guy wearing a pair of these shoes...... without socks

Seems pretty crazy to me.  Anybody else here have experience with them?

I wonder what the heel drop is on these shoes. They look like they took a sandal sole and built a shoe around it.

Never heard of them. The price on the basic black I looked at on the website looks reasonable enough. I'd have to try some on to check the fit. At this point sketchers fit me best

That is the intriguing part about the shoe to me.  I run the course every morning with my dogs and the morning dew soaks right through my running shoes, and of course all the rain we have had here the course is very waterlogged on the back nine.  

Ruining my good golf shoes walking in the mud pit that is the fairway on 4 of the holes on the backside.

.....also some of the color combos on the wingtips are pretty slick :)  Just not sure I am hip enough for laceless rubber golf shoes even if they are wingtips.
