Day 6 - Mirror work at the gym and some SS training. Then I worked on my PP with partial swing at home.

Day 68 - March 6, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Mirror work at home, as my mom visited. I also got the first prototypes of my "B-Box."

Day 92

UPS tried to deliver my superspeed clubs but my wife decided to not answer the door so I’ll have to wait until Monday to start. Just did some putting in the living room after dinner.

Day 55.  After work, some 6-iron shots (indoors, off a mat, into a net, not real golf balls).  Even did a few at full speed.

Day 56.  After morning gym, did speed sticks in my back yard.  Protocol two, finally!  I forgot how much I hate the swinging from my knees.  But I have it on good authority this will help me with my golf, so it's worth the mild discomfort 3x/week for a few minutes.

Day 69 - March 7, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Lots of little things today. Had a productive 2.5 hours. Some of it was monkeying with video, but mostly… working on the swing.

Day 7 - Bit of an off day. Very easy today with just some shoulder turn work and work on feels,

Day 13: spent about 45 minutes at the range. Worked on my priority piece, but probably a little too fast. Felt good to be out there though.

Day 93

Great lesson today, worked on eliminating hip sway in backswing, did some grip adjustment, and spent a good 30 minutes on driver. Booked an hour on the launch monitor afterward to work on lesson items.

Day 8 - Filmed some 7 iron shots to upload to Evolvr. I’m making progress and excited for the courses to open.

Day 70 - March 8, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

I played 18 holes today at Lawrence Park. I started off really well. Lost a little of the feeling as things went on, but continued to play decent.

Day 94

Tried zip tying the hole in my net and ended up with a new hole in the net next to the old hole. So just did mirror work in the patio door to continue working on  keeping hips quiet in backswing. Also booked a driver fitting.

Day 14: Rain put a stop to my plans to do a superspeed session, so I made lemonade with mirror work. Still working on the feels to get the backswing steeper and a little shallower on the downswing.

Day 57, March 8 2020.  For some context, I've been really good about going to the gym lately (3x/week for the most part, weights primarily).  I'm a little worried about it affecting my swing, even though I'm not exactly bulking up.  Anyway, I made several normal-practice swings with a 6-iron indoors (off a mat, into a net, practice balls) before hitting several real balls (also into the net), some at practice speed some at play speed (to make sure I could, not because that last part is really part of practice).

Played 27 holes. 🙂 Knocked out five of the holes on the TST Birdie Challenge!

Day 95

Was hoping to start using superspeed trainers today but they weren’t delivered due to UPS foolery.  So hit some wedges into my net. The wedges hit the net a little higher up than where the hole is, so no risk of ricochet off the fence into neighbor’s window.
