Day 43 - Nice practice today. Worked on the Day 12 drill. Then my priority piece with 6 iron and driver using basically the Day 5 drill. I finished with working through my set doing full shots and partial shots 4 - PW. Finished with chips in the yard with a PW.

4/12/20 - Day 11 

Day 12 of COVID challenge plus 10 mins of priority piece of taking hands in and club back at takeaway, then moving up to A6. Not sure if it’s just a residual stiffness from partial left should replacement or simple inflexibility that can be corrected over time, but I have a super hands time keeping my left elbow straight when getting up to A6.

Day 105 - April 12, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Mirror work today as well as a little swinging in the yard. I need to mow it tomorrow. I also went on a 30-minute run for the first time in a long time. Mixed in some walking.

Day 127

Did some work in the morning when it was overcast with a 7 iron, working on same stuff as yesterday. Did the COVID-19 Practice Plan Challenge day 12 flow drills in the evening but was pretty gassed from yardwork so I’ll repeat tomorrow after a good nights sleep and some Advil.

Day 50: Did mirror work today only. Too much snow on the ground for anything else. Worked on minimizing my move off the ball. A little less flow. Looking pretty good.

Day 107 - April 14, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Muscle still hurts a tiny bit, but not enough that I can't do backswings and some downswing work. I recorded a video, but I'll post it tomorrow or something.

I worked yesterday, too, but didn't write it down. Good 30 minutes after filming the next seven days of videos.

Day 108 - April 15, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Good 45 minutes or so today. Had some good feels, soft right arm, left hand goes back and out, levers down to help the club ascent. Elbow stays far away from my side.

      Taking your dispersion and distance in consideration I analyzed the 4 posible ways to play the hole, or at least the ones that were listed here. I took the brown grass on the left as fescue were you need to punch out sideways to the fairway and rigth of the car path to be fescue too.  Driver "going for the green"  You have to aim more rigth, to the bunker in order to center your shotzone in between the fescue.  Wood of 240 over the bunkers I already like this one more for you. More room to land between the fescue. Balls in the fescue 11% down from 30% with driver. Improve of score from 4.55 to 4.40. 4 iron 210 yards besides the bunkers.    Also a wide area and your shot zone is better than previous ones. This makes almost the fescue dissapear. You really need to hit a bad one (sometimes shit happens). Because of that and only having 120 yards in this is the best choice so far. Down to 4.32 from 4.40. Finally the 6 Iron 180 yards to avoid all trouble.    Wide area an narrow dispersion for almost been in the fairway all the time. Similar than the previous one but 25 yards farther for the hole to avoid been in the bunkers. Average remains the same, 4.33 to 4.32.  Conclusion is easy. Either your 4iron or 6 iron of the tee are equaly good for you. Glad that you made par!
