Is it still available for 2019? if its not then imma start a new discussion on it.

Yes, this thread is continuous, including 2019.

Day 27.  Some short iron (9-iron) practice after work.  Indoors, off a mat, into a net, fewer balls than usual but swings just the same.

Day 38

Raining in the Bay Area so just indoor slow motion swings and some putting work.

Forgot to post Friday 12/6 practice but I believe I’m still on a streak.

Day 28.  5-10 minute wind down at the end of the day, some 9-iron some 6-iron, the usual practice room.

I'm not claiming the achievement yet -- I forget if it's 28 or 30 days so I'm waiting for 30 to be on the safe side.

Day 40

Double checked my streak, and I am still 26/28 going back to 11/11, even after missing days 12/1 and 12/6.

Today I did some indoor putting before heading off to work, putting back and forth in the living room with my daughter, working on distance control for ~12 foot putts.

Day 30.  Long day at work, came home and did 5 minutes of 6-iron work (indoors, off a mat, into a net, practice balls).  Broke one of the practice balls (whiffle?  I can post it) in half.

Day 41

Hit some balls outdoors using my mat/net after a couple dry days. Worked on driver, 4-iron, and 7-iron, trying to get my swing back in sync after feeling out of it for an entire round. I feel like I'm rushing something and then throwing the club head at the ball. So I did deliberately very slow swings (25% feel), basically just bunting the ball into the net at first, before moving to a full speed motion.

Day 42

Indoor putting practice before work today, using a ball as a target from about 4 feet, putting across the slope of my living room to add break to the line.

Day 31.  Missed yesterday (12/10/19), first miss in this section.  Today was a medicine ball exercise after work (the same one from LSW).

Day 43

Got sick of indoor putting practice in my living room, so moved to the dining room today. Dining room has a smaller rug with tighter stitching (higher stimp), oh, and a table in the middle. Turns out table legs are about the same diameter as a golf hole, used the table legs as targets from various distances.

Day 32.  Another long day at work, followed by another dozen balls (slow swings, with rehearsal, indoors, off a mat, into a net, not real balls though)

Day 44

Got a chance to take some full swings off my mat today. Hit ten balls with driver, with three slow motion, deliberate practice swings before each real ball.

Day 45

Indoor putting with my kids today. I worked on 4-6 ft distance which is a personal kryptonite.

Day 46

Started flipping mid round today and was hitting nasty hooks/pulls so did towel under right armpit swings with 7-iron to work this out.

Day 47

Did 20 minutes of anti-flip drills with a 7-iron and 54* wedge this afternoon, and then some indoor putting practice with my kids in the living room.

Day 49

Thought I’d do some full swing driver practice into my net but I was completely out of sorts and making terrible contact, so headed indoors and did some super slow rehearsal swings focusing on feels I learned in my last lesson.

    • Maybe, but, I see it that it's importance is based on it's particular function due to it's design, which means in this case, you will be using it by far, more often.  Why wouldn't someone invest more into something they would typically use the most? I don't always see what's in front of me...…..
    • Dig deep enough into any successful organization and you will find skeletons.  Try to imagine golf without the PGA or some analogue. I saw darts on ESPN once.  I have seen fencing a few times.  There are a bunch of video game tournaments, and some even on television now.  I saw a silly documentary on beard competitions. Professional weightlifting.  Trading card games.  Rock climbing.  Cheerleading. They all have competitions - in trivial venues with champions whose names I do not know.  Any of those groups would trade body parts to get the exposure that the PGA gets for this game. But golf gets that exposure. Exposure breeds more players.  More players means golf courses stay solvent.  That means that golf is available for a wider financial range of players who then aspire to be PGA stars.  Some do...and you get a virtuous cycle.   EDIT:  Oh heck.  Ninja'd by mcanadiens
    • WITB:  Driver- Ping G400 LST- Ping TOUR x-stiff   This driver has been in the bag for a couple seasons now. Its the best driver I have ever hit.  3-Wood- Srixon F45 15° Kuro Kage x-stiff   This 3 wood has a tiny head, but its the best fairway wood I have carried to date. I still have some two way misses with it so it's days are numbered if I find something I can trust. 3-Hybrid- Callaway Mavrik Pro KBS Tour Proto x-stiff   Put this hybrid in this week and it's awesome. I have hit it probably 50 times on the range this past week and about 15 times on the course. I have yet to miss left which has always been my concern with hybrids. So far this thing has been a fairway machine off the tee. 4-5 Irons- Callaway 2018 X-Forged Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100   Replaced my last set of Callaway blades with these last summer. I went with the X-Forged for my long irons because they launch a little higher, have a slightly larger blade, and are a bit more forgiving. 6-PW- Callaway 2018 APEX MB Chrome Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100  Like I said these replaced another set of Callaway blades. I like these a lot. I did lose about 5 yards per club from my last set to these even though the specs were the same. Not a big deal though as I believe I hit these a bit straighter. Wedges- Vokey SM7 Jet Black 52°, 56°, and 60°   Thought these looked kind of cool being all black. Had to have all three bent 1°-2° weaker because they went too far when I got them.  Putter- PING Vault 2.0 Ketsch   The little putter that could. Just put a new SuperStroke CLAW grip on it and I like it even better than before.
    • I think what @iacas is saying is that simply counting the number of times per round you use a certain club is not the best way to evaluate its importance.
