Day 32, February 11, 2020.  26 putting ball drill from LSW (ruler, over carpet).  Missed 1 left, 4 right, made the other 21 (speed to go at least 4' past end of ruler, really much further).  Longest streak was 8.

Day 2 - 2/12/2020

Forward weight shift work (5SK #2). Modifying the medicine ball swings from LSW (I think that’s where I originally saw it), I used a small 5lb kettle bell, to accentuate weight shift to front foot during the swing to finish with 85-90% of my weight/pressure to left side

Day 33.  25 ball putting (aluminum ruler, over carpet, real balls), longest make streak was 10 (my first ten, too).  Total misses:  4 right 1 left.

Day 3 - 2/13/2020

worked on 5SK #3 with the blind impact.  Made slower swings with focus on my impact position, then sped them up.

Day 71

Worked on driver and 6-iron, switching back and forth to between balls to get accustomed to transitioning between setup and swing for driver vs. iron.

Each leg is pushed up.as high as possible so I feel a stretch in quads & glutes

Day 46 - February 14, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Valentine's Day, woo! Did some mirror work today, really emphasizing the right elbow feeling in transition and the early downswing.

Day 36.  February 15, 2020.  Played 18 holes with two friends.  Shot 80 on the nose.

Two best shots of the day:  hole 16, hit my tee shot into the trees (that wasn't the good shot!).  Played the 5-iron recovery shot described in LSW that @Golfingdad showed me how to hit a few years ago.  Hit it under a tree, then it hooked and flew over a bunker and left me with a 20' attempt at birdie (I made par).  Second-best shot was a 35 or so foot birdie putt made on #18.

Oh, and I beat the 5-handicap benchmarks for both driving (that's a new one for me) and approach (done that many times before) in the round :-)   Putting was at about the 10-15 level, but short game in the 20-25 handicap range.   9 GIR + 6 near-GIR, 221 driving distance average.

Day 47 - February 15, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Hit about 30 golf balls earlier today, alternating between the 6I and the 8I every several balls. Hit about the same number with both.

Day 73

Back is a little stiff and got a 6:48am tee time for Sunday morning so just took it easy today with some Planemate pitching band protocol drills and indoor putting while watching Tiger play at Riviera.

Hit 25 balls, the last three of which I hit at full speed as if on the course.
