Day 274 - November 14, 2018 - Putted in the living room for 15 minutes. The carpet is often really unpredictable with little breaks, making hitting the center beam in the patio window/door combo from 15' less predictable than it should be.

Day 317

First off, apologies to @boogielicious. For some reason, while trying to reply to this thread, I kept winding up on his post. I finally supplied a blank post, to get to this screen.

Anyways, just some exercise swings this morning, using my Kallassy club. 15 reps, of 15 swings. Started out slow, and easy. Then, finished up at a much faster pace. Actually broke a little sweat.

This was all I had time to do, as this is a travel day for us. Heading home for the holidays.

Day 61:

It is likely to be a lot of Mirror Work for me until next week. May squeeze in some other practice time, but work has been crazy and now on a much needed family vacation. Spent more than 5 minutes today working on key #4 which is my priority piece. Felt good today for what it’s worth.

Day 67.  Didn't want to practice indoors today.  Instead stopped at a night-open golf course near me on my way home from work.  Putted for 20 minutes (only club I had with me), working on speed from 25' and also some putts from 6-10'.  Nothing methodical, but good to be back on real grass again and hear that sound you don't get from the ruler drill. :-)

DAY 357  Rise and Grind. Out early for more than a couple of hours before the rain arrived.  Started by working with my JetStick to improve my swing speed.  Then continued working on Key #1 Steady Head, and Key #2 Weight Forward.   Used the Swingyde training aid to work on wrist hinge and improving the plane of my swing.

Just had lunch.  Shortly I will be off to the monthly Mental Training Workshop with  Dr. Bill Nelson of the Mind Management Academy.  Looking forward to hearing him and continuing to use the ideas he teaches to lower my scores.

Day 318

Played 18 holes earlier today. Shot an 84 for my effort.

Was going do some gambling at the Native American Casino, but with a quality golf course almost next door it was not a difficult choice.

Round was pretty uneventful, while shooting a pair of 42s. Made some putts (29) today. What ever the previous glitch was, has now gone dormant....for now..

Day 275 - November 15, 2018 - Putted in a game of Buckets for 15 minutes, and did my full workout. I should push myself a bit harder on those, but I sometimes think I'll feel worse by the end than I do, and then I regret it slightly.

I won the Buckets competition btw. 🙂

Day 126

Putting drills at 6' and 10'

First 6' drill went quite well, the putts all found the bottom of the gopher hole.  Second round missed one.  Third round was a full all sank.

Moved to 10' and the results were mixed.  I tended to leave them just a tad short, but 1/2 or so sank well into the well.

Over all, not too bad.  If I can, at this stage hit half the 10' in the hole with leaving those that don't basically a short tap in, I am happy.

Still, I know work to be done.

Day 319

Just a little range work this morning. Working on a tip I was given a few days ago by a pga instructor when using my full swing  irons.

Just making sure my hands are leading the club head into impact. This to take more advantage of the loft of the club, to help gain a little more distance, and consistency.

Apparently, he saw that I was delofting the club face just a little ,just prior to impact.

DAY 358   Spent an hour on the range working on Key #1 Steady Head and Key #2 Weight Forward.   Then went to my weekly lesson.  We could see on video that my set up is solid, and that I was making progress, and now back at it again until it is even better.

Day 127:

Good day!  Went through the bag and, with a few exceptions, I got the shots I was looking for.

Some clubs, especially the 3h and 4h were a mixed bag.  Some great shots followed by a worm burner.

Happy with the irons, especially 7i and 7i/w

So ready for a few rounds ahead!
