"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge

Day 234: putting green for about 20 minutes. Did a stack putting session and then worked on putts from inside 10 feet.

Day 2 (11 Mar 25) - time with the R10 in the backyard hitting driver, focused on AoA and getting consistent positive numbers. Still on the 1-2° neg side.

Day 162 - 2025-03-11

Got some chipping practice in today. Busy day, long day. Not a lot of time to get some full swing work in. Will do some tomorrow.

Day 8 - Finally setup my tripod to see how things are looking. Also did more work on a faster (back)swing.

March 12th, 2025

Hit a small bucket working on backswing length and hip turn in the downswing. Work on getting rid of some early extension. I don’t want to aggravate my back because I EE and compress my disc.

Day 33: 3/12/25

Stack Session tonight. My first in quite a while since developing tennis elbow.

Day 3 (12 Mar 25) - Some days you have to mix it up a little.  Today was such - broke out the Toney Penna persimmons, MacGregor blades and wedges and new to the pack - Ram Zebra putter (local thrift find for less than a $1 (was in an old set of irons for $10.00)).  A great day of hitting vintage stuff, remembering the lofts are substantially weaker….course management 2.0 in play….

Day 163 - 2025-03-12

Rehearsed some things downtown. Wasn't a long session, but I made good use of my time. Had to teach some people who need to do the opposite of what I have to do, so I wanted to flush that feeling from my system. 😄

Day 235: back to some mirror work day. Working on getting lower body stuff done earlier in the swing.

Day 9 - Dealing with some minor injuries, so I took it easy with some much needed pitching work.

Day 164 - 2025-03-13

Got the new QuadMAX. Didn't get a chance to test it, but got to Golf Evolution about 45 minutes before lessons, so I did some backswing and downswing work in.

Hit a small bucket checking stuff on video. Mostly back to controlling swing length and right elbow.

Day 34: 3/13/25

Putting through 50 mm gates. Almost a perfect session.

Day 4 (13 Mar 25) - Easy session today, some work with the 6&7 irons - full swings into the net, followed but bump and runs.  Toss in some pitch work with the Pw with the grandson.

Day 10 - Back to full swings, finishing with some speed work.

Day 165 - 2025-03-14

Played 15 holes at Whispering Woods. Backswing was pretty good. No shots missed left.
