Day 23 - Back to full swing work, trying to swing loose and feel the club head.

Day 2 : Used a metronome to determine ideal putting tempo. Worked on repeating the tempo for putts at various distances.

Putting through 50 mm gates. Another perfect session of 51 putts from 11”. That’s great for me.

Day 204 - 2025-04-22

Did a little more wedge work. Not as much as I'd have liked as the Masters gnomes arrived very late (as did another HackMotion).

Day 276: putting work for a while - working on bead with the two cups drill. Also checking some stuff in the mirror.

Day 24 - Good session focusing on face contact and swing speed.

Day 3: 4/23/25

Putting through 50 mm gates. Made the first 33, then hit the gates 5 times, and made the last 18. Some brain cramps going on.

Did some chipping work. Not motivated a ton lately, but it's not about motivation: it's about discipline.

Day 277: range after work. Just working on where the ball is going. Hit a mix of clubs, focused a bit on the wedges. Then putted for about 20 minutes, working on short putts.

Day 4:Full Speed Spectrum Training Session 8/24

Dropped 2 mph from last session. This is my 6thFull Speed Spectrum program and I have often struggled swinging so many heavier weights and maintaining speed with the195 gram measuring weight.

Got some good partial wedge work in today. Same stuff as the full swing, but I can see why I was trying to do something a bit different.

Practicing everyday is harder than I thought! We’ll try this again. 
Day 1 - Worked inside on putting rhythm and tempo using a metronome. Varied length of putts with the same metronome timing. Have a history of struggling on shorter putts so want to lock in the rhythm and tempo.

Did a little swing work mostly in helping others, but I got some swings of my own in as what I was demonstrating to them is what I'm working on. Was going to play but it's raining and I have a podcast to record with Mike Carroll.

Day 279: chipped for a while with my net. Worked mostly on lower chips. Contact was crisp - feeling good about this.

Day 25 - A bunch of sim golf with buddies. Contact was pretty poor, I was all over the clubface.
