Day 60- Grip and setup work.

Day 5: hit for about 20 minutes. More of the same movements. Wrist hinge seems to get the club in better position and body moving better.

Day 17:

Fit for golf workout and then did some short game practice working on daniel grieve’s release 1 (because it was the first one in the book).

Day 28: 1/27/2024

I was up early so I did bead work on my indoor mat in the basement while everyone slept. Then I took out a seven iron and did two kinds of swings in front of the mirror. The first kind where I'm trying to get the backswing right. The second kind where I am trying to get the tempo right. I've been finding that with all of my work on my priority pieces I've been sort of wrecking my tempo. My backswing has become way too slow and then really choppy as I try to speed it up. So, in my range sessions and mirror work for the next few days I'm adding in some work on my tempo.

Day 31- 1/27/24

Putting through 50 mm gates for about an hour. Went to the range earlier today and the skies opened up just as I was lacing up my cleats.

Day 453, January 26, 2024

Worked for 15 to 20 minutes after JEP and lessons while @DrizZzY was playing Oakmont on the GC Quad/FSX Play simulator.

Day 61- Grip and setup work. Also hit a few drivers at 2nd Swing.

Day 49 (27 Jan 24) - Changed up the drill today, worked on light bump and runs with the 4h in the backyard.  Worked between the pins (all are between 20 and 25 yds apart).

Day 6: just did some rehearsal swings for a few minutes.

Day 202: Did some mirror work. Working on downswing feels still, while also checking set up.

Day 27 - Had some upper back pain today, so I took it easy and did some putting work. Working on forearm alignment and soft wrists.

Day 32- 1/28/24

Stack training session in Full Speed Spectrum.  Fell short of high speed by several MPH. Voice recognition has been off lately causing some frustration as I keep up with speeds, which was a distraction. Pressed continue when I needed to correct the 235 gram swing for the second round. Cheated myself by a few mph.

Played 18 this morning. Very windy, which made it kind of fun.

Day 50 (28 Jan 24) - Mixed bag today - started with more drill on club face at P2 - 6 - 8 using 8i and hard foam balls.  Finished with 4h chips using putting grip and swing.

Day off from full swing, just worked on some short game shots today. Back at the backswing at some point tomorrow.

I did a little chipping toward targets today. 

Then rolled some putts on the practice mat.

Day 62- Hit balls at the dome today trying to incorporate new grip and setup. I wasn't real encouraged.

Day 203: Mirror work while putting. Putting between 2 cups to work on bead. Good to work on my set up in the mirror as well. Looked pretty good.
