Day 49.  Realized I can do speed sticks in the morning, no need to wait for evening.  Did protocol 1 this morning.. Reached 112 on the "last three swings with the green stick at the end" portion (reached 117 on first batch).  More importantly, hit 102 with the red stick in first round.  I hope I can translate that speed to the course! :-)

Day 37:

Did some indoor putting work focusing on setup and bead, and I did a little bit of chipping indoors as well. I'm not sure if I've ever hit a full chip. My stock short game shot is very much in the middle of the chip-pitch spectrum but adding the full-on chip into my short game repertoire should prove useful.

Day 240

Superspeed session, and some full swing practice through the bag, just making sure feels and mechanics translate on all clubs. Lesson next week so not trying to add anything new right now.

Day 5:  Played 18 holes. Horrible day with the putter.  And off the tee.  Approaches weren't great either.  Short game was good enough?  Either way, had fun with coworkers and manage to finish the par challenge for away composite.

Day 50.  Hard as it is to believe, I found fifteen minutes to hit balls (8-iron and 6-iron), indoors, off a mat, into the net.  Of course, "hit balls" includes slow rehearsal swings.

Day 18

Another day at the range. Total focus on the Driver.  Trying to get more accurate to keep the ball in play.

Day 76 - Played 18, couldn’t buy a par. A few rough holes, but mostly just a lot of bogeys.

Day 51.  Speed sticks in the backyard during the golf.  I can't believe it took me this long to realize that I can rotate my TV (I knew that) and can hear it and see it from the back porch, and I can just turn around and do some speed sticks!  No excuse now on good weather days.

Protocol one, Red stick was 102 mph, one off my personal best.  Second set of normal swings with the green stick had a 115, tied for my personal best.  Today and two days ago I had >100 mph with red stick, I wish I could swing a driver that fast!

Day 39:

Did 5 minutes of a mashup drill I’ve been doing which is the “mud flicker” drill for working on getting a bit more wrist hinge done early, coupled with working on flow and getting used to shifting 1-2 inches laterally away from the target. I’m trying to focus on getting the weight and pressure shift to be done so early that by the time the “flick” of the wrists happen, I’m already recentered.

Continuing to NOT do any swing rehearsals to A4.

Worked on throwing the ball to stop coming over the top.  Did cross arm drill as well.
