Sam Saunders has thrown 6 birdies on his card today (including 4 of the last 6 holes) to tie the lead at -7!!!!!

He's on fire!!!

Carry on my wayward drive

There'll be pars when you are done

Lay your weary wedge to rest

Don't you shank no more

Just more proof that you are a 'Tiger Woods' fan not a golf fan. You're slobbering all over TW, it's pathetic really.

Please find a post in the last week where I’ve slobbered.

He played like ass. But he’s the GOAT.

Furthermore, and AGAIN, I devote 80+ hours a week to golf. But I’m not a fan. Utterly stupid comment.

LOL! Wow ....yeah, started a massively popular website, authored a book all about golf, spends 80hrs +/week with golf instruction/business and gives out advice for free.

I can only assume the ‘67’ isn’t your birth year. If so, @Ernest Jones has it right.

The Americans are certainly dominating this tournament so far. A lot of younger Americans in the top10 as well as vets - Cantlay, Saunders, Moore, Finau, Stallings, Lovemark. In fact 9 of the top 10 are Americans.

This is laughable.  And your avatar?  What is that about?  He must have hurt your feelings somehow.  BTW - when you actively portray so much hate and displeasure towards TW, you are just increasing the amount of publicity for him.  If you haven't noticed, the current USA loves polarizing and hateful topics of famous people and in doing so creates more headlines.  Take a look at the last election as an example.

Let's stay on topic, please.

Tony Finau, Bubba Watson, and Arnold Palmers grandson are paired together today in the next to last group. That would be a great group to watch; with lefty Bubba curving shots, Finau bombing away, and Saunders chasing that 1st victory in what would be an amazing feel good story.

Checked the scoreboard-I am not a real golf fan either so I stop watching when Tiger is out and I am busy working my golf course job-BUt saw that Sam Saunders was predictably going the wrong way today.

Bubba looking strong though.-He seems to like this place.

I'd post more videos if there were more available. Once Woods is out, the number of videos to choose from precipitously drops.

    • I've played Bali Hai, Bear's Best and Painted Desert. I enjoyed Bali Hai the most--course was in great shape, friendly staff and got paired in a great group. Bear's Best greens were very fast, didn't hold the ball well (I normally have enough spin to stop the ball after 1-2 hops).  The sand was different on many holes. Some were even dark sand (recreation of holes from Hawaii). Unfortunately I was single and paired with a local "member" who only played the front 9.  We were stuck behind a slow 4-some who wouldn't let me through even when the local left. Painted Desert was decent, just a bit far from the Strip where we were staying.
