The "Toe-Heel Balance" logo is very similar but not the same - although not dissimilar enough not to breach copyright - which is not the issue. Look at the slightly bent and tapered unbroken line versus the straight line broken with  a dot. And Ping clubs are not "stamped".

The manufacturer would not be concerned about copyright because no one would know where they came from.

Stamping is a term used to described lettering or numbering on a club, such as logos, iron numbers, loft, player's initials, model name, etc, regardless of how it is accomplished.  So yes...all clubs have stampings, including Ping.  The lettering and play numbers on golf balls are also referred to as stampings.

There are a couple of different types of non-authentic clubs.  There are knock-offs and there are forgeries.  Knock-offs are designed to look similar to an OEM model, whereas a forgery is designed to look exactly like the OEM model. Knock-offs try to be just different enough to not infringe on any patents, so they aren't trying to break the law (although sometimes they do). Forgeries blatantly break the law by making a product that looks just like the original and selling it as the real thing.  Remember...whoever makes knock-offs or forgeries have to produce and sell enough to cover the manufacturing costs and make it worth the risk, which would be a big number.

The OP's set isn't a forgery, because it doesn't have the same stampings and logo etc as a Ping iron.  It also doesn't have the characteristics of a knockoff.  This is what a knockoff looks like:

I'm not seeing the typical signs that it's a knockoff.

Other than:

1.Similar script.

2.Close to identical design.

3.Lack of the word "Ping".

4."Toe-heel" logo close but not the same.

I'm not sure what you're looking for.

I had a full set of these "Punch G" clubs, they were my first matched set at age 15, I remember they had True Temper shafts and I was so proud of them!   I bought them second-hand from a 9 hole golf course, think it was Gatley in Cheshire, and the pro was Alan Rains. I paid £70 for them which I had been left by my grandfather. Kept them for 4 years and became the Assistant Pro at Manchester Golf Club where I changed them for some Ram tour Grind.  Happy days indeed and was thrilled when I found a picture of them.

    • It's been a little more than a year since I can last remember hitting golf balls and today I just got my second cortisone injection in 11 months. I thought maybe shortly after the first injection I was going to be able to start playing again with therapy but the pain while doing my backswing past halfway just didn't subside like just lifting my hands up in the air did. So today the Orthopedic surgeon put more in the backside of the shoulder than before to address the tendon more. I'm going to try therapy for another 3 months and if I  can't swing the club without pain then I think surgery is going to be my next option.
    • I was just down visiting family in southern California and we played a couple rounds of golf. I hit my ball into the deep rough near some tree's and my cousin's husband offered me his Sim 2 Rescue Hybrid to try out. And I felt the same way, wow! I loved it, it also had a Pure DTX grip on it which I loved. As soon as I got back home, I ended up buying two used Calloway Rogue X hybrids, 3 and 5. So far I've only tested them out at the range, but I love them. They're much more forgiving than irons for me.
