The company I’m working for is planning on setting up a win free tour contest for the most productive employee for the whole year. I’ve never organized something of this magnitude before, and I’m kinda frazzled on where to even begin. What are some things I should keep in mind while I sort everything out? Any suggestions for great places to hold the tour, that are also cost-efficient? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips!

Welcome to The Sand Trap. Are you talking about a golf tour? Where are you located?
