And just think, he can beat limited fields to get to five:

  • 100 (Dell Tech) - already done
  • 70 (BMW) - win #3 in a row
  • 30 (Tour Championship) - win #4 in a row
  • ~30 (whatever they call the event that only winners play in now) - win #5 in a row

Probably won't happen, but it's a little funny how the wins actually get a bit easier as they go along. 100, 70, 30, 30… 😉 Then they'd get more difficult again, of course.

Don't forget the 18 player Hero Challenge - that would make the 5th in a row, meaning the Sentry TOC #6
(unless he plays the Shanghai WGC event 75'ish player event)

Players play, tough players win!

Sure.  But still unlikely to beat two majors with what he's got here.

I suspect even winning another playoff event it would be hard to pass up Brooks.

But the kid continues to show he is the real thing.  Not some cliche topic for uptight announcers.

I agree, but just saying, he’s had an impressive year and his 3 wins... Memorial, and the first two playoff events?  Those are big field events.  He’s at least entered the conversation.  My only issue with Brooks, he seems like Louis O... he only really seems to give a crap about majors.

Callaway XR 9.5 + 1, Taylormade R15 3 Wood, Burner 3 Rescue, Callaway XHot 5H, Warbird 4H, Nike Vapor Fly 6-AW Irons, Titleist Vokey 54, 60 Wedges, Taylormade Rossa Fontana Putter, Srixon Z-Star Tour Yellow.

Best Score 2017:  82 (Traditions at the Glen, Par 70)

Favorite Course - Conklin Players Club (Par 72) - Best Score 86
