Is that for the seniors that are losing putting strokes as we age?   Wait...or the visually impaired?

The Players Edition doesn't contain all of the Rules.

The full "Rules of Golf" is 5.5 x 8.5" (half pages). The old Rules of Golf and the current Players Edition are 5.5 x 4.25" (quarter pages).

To be fair, the current Rules of Golf at 240 half sheet pages (compared to the old Rules of golf at 231 quarter sheet pages) has more illustrations, more whitespace, etc.
