It's no longer a penalty when you accidentally move your ball on the putting green.  It wasn't a penalty for Zach Johnson because he was in the teeing area, his ball wasn't in play and he wasn't intending to hit the ball. It would have been a penalty if he did it in the general area, penalty area or bunker.

Yeah, a Monday finish is looking like a real likelihood, unfortunately. You never know, though. If it doesn't rain Sunday, it's going to be ugly to play in. They're predicting over 30mph gusts during the day. Monday looks windy, too, but at least there will be sun and cooler temps.

I haven't read a bulk of this thread, but did anyone point out that if Molinari wins the Masters this year, and also the next two majors, he'll be the reigning champion in all four without winning four in a row?

Also, darn, it does look like the rain delay cost Tiger at least one shot between those last two birdie putts :-(

It should’ve only been a penalty and you should have replaced the ball. If not you played from a wrong place.

      Nothing is assured and lots of talented young athletes in many sports fail to achieve greatness. as was said, injuries, growth, lots of things can come into play, And let’s let honest, over the years a few players have been branded “The Next Tiger Woods” and yet there is only 1 Tiger Woods. My initial point was if he can do a great breakout it may capture the attention of a new generation.  Back in the 70s it was Secretariat in horse racing, we also had Jordan in basketball and let’s not forget Tiger for golf.  Stories get people interested and I think golf needs a new story. I will pull for him and hope it works out but there are so many factors that come into play you just do not know, But I can hope.
