Frankly, one could be forgiven for thinking there was some truth to the rumor as seemed like he was laying the groundwork for a while with his softened stance on LIV. -

Well, Rory nipped those rumors in the bud: Rory McIlroy: 'I'll play the PGA Tour for the rest of my career' - world number two dismisses LIV Golf link Rory McIlroy says he will play on the PGA Tour "for the rest of my career" as he quashes rumours of him making a big-money move to LIV Golf. I suppose you never know, but it's a stark contrast from how, for example, Cam Smith handled the rumors. Feeling much better about this today. -

Gotcha. Still surprised those were that slow too, those are usually some of the quicker/nicer maintained greens of the public courses I play.
