    • Love Grady Judd.  He doesn’t mess around!
    • Why can I believe this? I love how the cop seemed to take so much pleasure in telling everyone he missed his tee time. "Two Gloves" Gainey Arrested For Solicitation PGA Tour winner Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey was arrested last week and charged with soliciting a prostitute as part of a massive sting operation conducted by the Polk County (Florida) Sherrif's Office. The sting...
    • My last 10 rounds still have me off to a good start for my 2019/2020 season.  In order as played. 80, 79, 83, 81, 89, 85, 85, 81, 78, and 84.  I hav'nt looked up my revised hndcp, after turning these cards in,but I don't think it changed much. I had three 6s during this run. Two during the round of 89, and one during a round 85. The round of 89 was a struggle in really bad weather.. No excuses though, as I own it the same as the 78/79 rounds.  My 7 wood, and putter continue to be my best scoring clubs.1 Averaged 31. 3 putts per round, which of course is false stat such as my game is. Used 4 different courses in the southwest area.  In between rounds there were practices and Christmas shopping.
    • I have not personally used those Accra iron shafts before but I would say that you have in fact already bought them, then I would give them some time before you make any decisions about alterations. At least 5-10 range sessions and a few rounds with them. If you haven't bought them, I would say that 123g graphite shafts are really heavy and probably not best suited for someone with your speed. They may help with the joints but they aren't going to offer anything to help with speed or distance. I would be looking in the sub 90g range. If you do own them, you would need to change the shafts more than just change swing weights from removing possible tip weights.
    • 2019 Goals Decide on a new home course since moving Play 40 18 hole rounds with at least 15 eligible for handicap entry Work on solid contact with the ball for additional distance Lower my 16.3 handicap index by a stroke   I did join a nearby semi-private club in 2019.  I played about 30 rounds but had 20 eligible for handicap.  I did make decent contact but did not gain much in the way of distance.  And my handicap went down a half point for a while but I ended up at 16.5 .
