I did this with the alignment stick first and then did the second part with my seven iron. The second run through with the golf club, I used my weighted club to hypercharge the core workout. This will definitely be part of my routine. I can see this as a warm up before hitting balls and/or playing.
Same here, although not all of my favorite restaurants are open for takeout at the moment. I'm fortunate that I'm able to still work, so I support my favorite local businesses as well.
There has been an increase in random acts of kindness/generosity. I overheard an interaction at work today: the cashier at the drive thru told an older man that the lady in the car in front of him paid for his food. Complete strangers. I'm told that's not unusual to see lately.
