That really isn't all that bad, how often do you make 15 ft putts? Some days its just your putting and has nothing to do with if its a birdie or not.

My Sakamoto 54* wedge. I use it for just about any shot within 90 yards or so.

Played hungover today 46/38 for an 84. Took me a while to get warmed up.

Sometimes its good to take a break and forget the bad habits you learned. Also, having a coach will help you alot.

I am back from a round with subpar at Balboa. Was a good time even though I was hungover

Last round I played, I was practicing before the round and though of how I hadn't had a decent chip in for months. On the 15th hole I played a nice pitch and run from 35' barely fell into the hole. Pretty satisfying.

I think I might play like to play rustic canyon this weekend on sunday. $35 for twilight $50 for mid-day sounds like a deal to me. I could maybe go out early on saturday as well, so one of the munis. The thing that sucks about rustic is the fact that no single reservations are allowed, so I have to standby hoping to get on without a full group.

How many clubs do you use to chip with?

I love the driver chip, its a good shot to pull out from time to time. You should give it a try in a practice round sometime. -
Tempo is likely an issue, work on trying a slower backswing.

Boy the feeling of puring a blade is the best. That's why I play with forged blades.

I wish I was lucky enough to be able to play LACC :( Also, is Los Robles any good? I heard that it was in poor shap green/fairway wise and overcrowded. The pictures looked amazing on the website though.

You know alot of the fakes are just over-runs at the factory that the workers sell on the black market to make up for the $4 a day they make working there? Alot of the fakes hit exactly like the real deal, they just arn't "official"

I do it because it is part of my pre shot routine. Doesn't ever make me change a line but it help me get comfortable right before a putt. -
A 36 index hitting blades? I think you may need to reconsider.
