I've done it several times, and it never ceases make me hurt. 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 pushups 300 body squats 1 mile run
Just got the DVD two weeks ago and have already seen good results on the course. That hinge and hold is awesome, but I've just got to dial in the distances better. Oh, and that backwards shot is ridiculous. Haven't tried that one yet.
I had this happen just last week. The day prior I had played a great game, so I came out the next day confident thinking I would do better. Did great on the first tee and awful on the second. After that I just kind of mentally "checked out".
