  1. I am an intermediate golfer, I shoot low ninties and I am looking to improve my game. I currently have a pretty crappy set of irons and I am in the market for a new set. I have hit both the burner plus irons and the ping rapture's and both seem very comfortable to me. I have a slower swing speed since I am not very muscular and I am not the most inconsistent ball striker. I will hit the occassional skull shot and hook. Does anyone have any opinions on either of these sets and maybe some comparisions? Any help is greatly appreciated!

  3. He asked how you felt, not what you did ,jackass.
  4. Has anyone had any experience with these braclets/necklaces? Does this magnetic therapy really work for stress and aches? I was wondering if it would be a waste of $20. But any golfer knows, the slightest bit of help is always worth it. Any feedback is welcome.
  5. Hmmm I would presume I should get fitted as well. Which ping are looking to purchase? I found a store around me the has the karsten anser and I really like it alot. The blade model that is. But before I purchase I still need to compare to others and get fitted. Let me know how it goes buddy!
  6. You see, I went to a golf store near me which had a large selection, but the big issue is I am a lefty. So the selection is limited that much more. I mean I tried the few that they had but, I know that there are so many more out there. Being a lefty makes it very difficult to demo clubs and get a feeling before purchasing.
  7. Hey, I am currently looking to invest in a new putter. I am looking to spend upto $175. Putting is the part of my game i need the most work on and I feel that I need to get a solid putter to start getting a solid stroke on the ball. I was wondering if some of you experienced players could throw some advice and suggestions my way on brand, model, and types of putters I should consider. Also, I am 6'1" would a 33",34", or 35" best suit me?
  8. 3 dumps a day @ 20mins each!?! What does your diet consist of? Btw, do you putt in a squatting position on the green as well?
  9. My preshot routine is usually the same for most shots that I hit. When I am able to find my ball hahaha I address it and determine my distance to thepin and try to imagine which club is best suitable for the lie and distance. Once I have my club selected I stand behind the ball and envision the flight path of the ball and where to aim. I usually drop my club head a foot in front of the ball to have anaim point. After thisi address the ball and take a light practice swing. Then I step up and Wack one right into thewoods! Hahaha
  10. all depends on your swing speed
  11. V1x allows for more spin around the greens. Allows you to work the ball better and more effectively.
  12. gotta go with the burner, I have one and I love it.
  13. I have heard of this before.
