  1. Trying to return to golf after 14-years, first thing that happens is a I believe torn or strained fore arm on the inside right arm. This happened warming up the correct easy way. I'm 69 years young even using ladies clubs a little short...started with 1/2 short irons after stretching a little. when I went to a full swing shot the injury happened...hurt from then on...small bucket of balls and 18-holes I now have a black & blue slightly swollen area above the very painful injured arm. question...should I stop golfing for a while see my doctor or....keep hitting balls.......I heal fast and am in great shape for my age....played hockey and sold my surfboard at age 64....ONLY because my wife said your done!!!! after a head injury...LOL 🙂
