  1. You should be able to get most, if not all, of your vitamins from the food you eat. If not, then your diet probably needs a closer look.
  2. Hi All, My first post. Usually I just read. Does anyone know anything about Orlimar Single Length Irons? If yes, please share! I just started this past year and am looking to simplify my game. Bonus question: How is Orlimar club quality? If I purchase a set, I don't want them to fall apart in a year. Cheers, Chris
  3. I started playing golf this year and went to the range multiple days in a row this summer. I developed bad tendonitis/arthritis in my left hand after the fourth consecutive range day session. I tried anti-inflammatory medicine my doctor prescribed but it didn't seem to do much. I then tried CBD topical, which I don't think had any additional effect beyond rest/non-use. I take some CBD drops from a reliable company now and I'm unsure if it is helping, but I'm giving it a try. This is my anecdotal evidence, so please take it with a grain of salt.
