  1. I thought it was pretty cool.. I'm just glad to see him playing okay again. Just hoping he can have a good round today and get himself into the weekend.
  2. Played the Gamers for a long time and loved them. Switched to Srixon trispeeds and liked them alot, also. Going to switch back to the Gamers because for some reason I just feel more confident with them.
  3. 990's are the much better choice considering you already have a 1,3,5w and a putter.
  4. Odyssy black 6 gets my vote. Always loved my Odyssy putters, and that one is a beauty. Plus, you save a little cash.
  5. Good luck! I was the same way a couple months ago coming back from a finger injury. Remember, just have fun.
  6. PGA Superstore, it's like heaven.
  7. My thoughts exactly. My brother takes one on about every 4th hole or so. Then when I hit a bod shot he always tries do get me to hit another. That's when I inform him that I'm playing golf.
  8. Just picked up "Golf Anecdotes" by Robert Sommers for something to read at work. I'm only 50 pages in but so far it's great. Surprisingly educational, there's alot in there about the history and evolution of golf. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to learn a little more about how golf became what it is today. Can't wait to finish it up.
  9. Romeo, easily. What other caddy would wait outside the rv while you have sex with Renee Russo?
  10. I'd fly there now!
  11. My 09 Hummer truck Wifes 07 Pontiac solstice

    Would You?

Yeah, it's not mine so I turn it in. I don't need ten bucks and maybe the person that dropped it does. It would just make me feel better, even if nobody claims it. I'd turn in a $10 headcover if I found it, also. I turned in a grubby old Titleist hat yesterday and that thing couldn't have been worth a buck!

[QUOTE=murphmjm;421156]if it wasn't a golf club say a $10 bill with no idetifying marks as to ownership would you run around asking folks if they lost $10?[QUOTE] Personally, I'd turn it in. 10 bucks isn't worth a guilty conscience.
  15. Always used a Vardon grip, but I broke my pinky a few months ago and I didn't feel the same control anymore so I switched to an interlocking grip and it's been much better.

Lost a two week old cg14 last summer and found a Vokey in the same round. Turned the Vokey in to the proshop and never saw my cg14 again.
  17. Unorthodox, compared to the modern golf swing yes. Gimmick, no. I've never hit the ball as consistantly as I do now with the S&T.; The best golf purchase I've ever made was that book.
  18. One of the funniest movies ever. Non stop laughs. I was quoting that movie for 6 months after it came out!
  19. There are alot of factors that would decide this for me. Wind, hazards, how I'm hitting that particular round, etc. But I decided to go with the easy 5. Usually, when I try to stretch my clubs is when I get myself in trouble.
  20. Voted Sharpie. Though, I don't really use it that often, I still mark them out of habit.
  21. I just regripped to the new lamkin grip. Can't remember the name at the moment (they're red and white) and I absolutely love them! Edit: Just checked, Lamkin N- Dur.
  22. 1. Get to10 handicap. 2. Win annual family tourney. 3. Play one of the courses on my golf bucket list. 4. Convert to Stack and Tilt. 5. See a pga tourney in person. Most likely the Byron Nelson.
  23. I've been playing just a 46 and 56 for the last few seasons, but I decided to add a 52 and 60 to my bag for this season. I wish I would've put the 60 in my bag a long time ago. So, I'd say the 58.
  24. Me too.. I have all the book collections that Iflip through occasionally. :)
  25. Big fan of Calvin and Hobbes.
