  1. Let me start by saying I am very new to the game and just want to do this for fun. I am an big guy, not tall but like a fire plug. I am 5`10" and wear a 58 inch chest sports coat. My upper arms are 22", and very broad shouldered. Due to years of football and other activities my range of motion is sad. Is there anything I can do to help with my swing.
  2. One of the guys I work with is starting to play golf with me. He is looking for a starter set, he has $130 dollars to work with and he wanted me to ask the question here. Dick's has a set of Acuity Voltage for $125 and Target has a set of topflite or tour pro do not remember which but they are on clearance for $110. We have checked all the pawn shops we felt safe enough to enter and even checked Golfsmith, Edwin Watts, and the local used repair shop and have not found much. Not much on craigslist here as well so are these two sets for the money or do we keep looking?
  3. Hello, I am new to this sport and have a used set of irons but no drivers. There is a guy in town that makes custom KZG head drivers, he told me it would be $95 to get one with the fujikura shaft. Does this sound like a good deal? From the prices of drivers I have seen online I was think this was not to bad to get one custom made to me and not something off the shelf.
  4. Hello Allan my name is Dan and I am just starting to play at the age of 42.
  5. Hello I am new and I am a Network Administrator for a large hospital. Seeing that we need to check the internet when we have problems let me surf some thought the day.
  6. Hello, I am currently in Memphis too and just starting to play, maybe we can go play one of the local courses one day when it is much cooler.
