  1. What an excellent video with Lynn. Process many times NOW, instead of many times with hitting the ball. Great learning, muscle memory tool.
  2. I just had my session with the teacher and using the launch monitor for my driver hitting 20-30 shots. Based on my average numbers and the numbers posted for the PGA and LPGA stats: http://mytrackman.com/TrackMan.Onlin...GANumbers.html I would fit right into the LPGA tour!!!! :) I had an average clubhead speed of 95, ball speed of 140, launch angle of 15, and spin rate of 2300, with average distance of 245. The best thing about these numbers is most of my shots were pretty straight with side spin being mostly a hook spin. Interesting information, but results I see on shots are more important too me. I was thinking about purchasing another driver but after this session and trying out some other drivers/shafts, I have a pretty good fit for me now.
  3. When I have shot my best rounds, it has always been with people I enjoy playing with. Those rounds I just play and I do not really worry about the score - I just let my game happen. Seems the harder I try to score the worse it gets. Last night on Playing Lessons with the Pro's they had Colin Montgomery on. And the whole show was about being positive about your game and swing. When any little negative thought came into his head, he started he pre-shot routine again. With this in mind, maybe when you get close to your goal/score and you are trying too hard - or getting some negative thoughts going???
  4. I have an old Ping Darby that I have used for years. Tried out a Two-Ball Belly Putter for three months and just could not get the hang of it - distance control mainly. I have recently picked up a Center Shaft putter and feel much better and the aim and where my ball goes with it. But like others have stated, it is a try and find out thing. Maybe you can find a place where you can buy a putter, use it for three months, then trade it back in for another if it just does not work out for you. For myself, how a putter works in the store on those indoor-outdoor putting carpets is totally different than when I am on the course.
  5. I do over-hand, under-hand weight work - forearm resting on leg with shoulder IN FRONT of elbow to help isolate the muscles in forearm - one on top, two on bottom.
