So excited to get this on Saturday. I'll post more here when I get it, but man am I looking forward to this for back massages, neck massages, etc.

So I much prefer to carry a golf bag than pushing a cart but too heavy a bag can compress the disc's in your spine over time causing long term back problems. So what is the max weight we should carry? Any chiropractor's out there know the answer? I've heard for backpacking with a backpack that has a waist strap is 20% of your body weight max and a day pack is 10% of your body weight. But I also here 15% in a regular back pack is ok too. The difference between 10 and 15% is quite a lot. My ideal body weight is about 175 but I am about 25 lbs overweight. So I am guessing 17-25 lbs should

I've been plagued with a bad back for many years. I have a bulging disc and have been warned if I keep playing it will cause further damage. I'm not what they consider a "surgical candidate" now, but my back is giving me fits. I battle sciatic nerve issues and muscle fatigue every time I play. My chiropractor bill is sometimes as high as my monthly dues at the club. The point being, its becoming too much. If I keep playing I could end up having a surgery, and in the meantime I'm going through serious discomfort. My question is, should I just quit playing altogether and save my bac
