Biomechanics is mentioned a lot these days. I found this sort of primer that expands on all the terms you hear associated with it as I was curious in reading more about it. Kinematic, kinetic sequence, GRF, etc... Thought I'd share it for those who are interested. It's written by Dr. Phil Cheetham - I think he's got a good reputation in the area. It can be very technical, there's formulas and math but there is some readable material in between.
