  1. I found this iron in my storage unit and thought it was a beautiful piece. I have searched high and low on the internet and can not find any info on this club model, only scant info on the maker, Dubow. It is a match play championship model. Thank you guys so much!
  2. I am a new member, 74 years young, winter in florida, summer in maine, struggling with a 22 handicap but still enjoy the game. Had my swing speed with driver measured at 77 mph today. No wonder I can no longer get 200 yards off the tee. I recently tried Calloway Rogue and Cobra F7 with senior flex shafts and noticed significant improvement. I'd be interested in comments on how moving to senior flex shafts helped other 70+ golfers. My thinking is to buy a driver (probably Cobra F7 for around $200) and then fairway woods with flex shafts. At this point, my swing will not change much and I h
  3. Thoughts on this product? You keep in your bag with your putter and wedge in it. When your close to the green you pull it out instead of carrying a large bag. It has a spike so you stick in ground and it just stands there freely. Also I think it can be used when at the range and want to try out a couple of my clubs rather then bring the hole bag or lay them on the ground. https://www.ebay.com/itm/253242721368
  4. Does anyone have any information on this club? I tried to Google everything on the label to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
  5. QUESTION: How far from the ball should your feet be during a the golf swing? Obviously, your entire body needs to be in alignment. Is there a general rule of thumb as to how far away from the ball your feet should be planted? Any and all advice is welcome!
  6. There are a lot of guys who feel very strongly about having matching clubs...the driver, fairway woods, irons, wedges, bag...everything has to match, or at least be the same brand. Others want their woods to match, and their irons and wedges to match, but they can be from different companies. Then there are players who have a mix of everything...a driver from one company, different fairway woods, irons from yet another company and different wedges. How is your bag set-up and how do you feel about matching clubs vs. playing different brands?
  7. Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and would like to ask a series of questions mainly pertaining to a 58 degree wedge that I cut down and regripped. Here's the problem: I recently have gotten extremely accurate with my 54 and 58 degree wedges. Though I've never been fitted for wedges, I noticed that when I started to get really accurate with them I was always choking down. I mean a good 2in's down on full shots(3/4 swings). Being able to stop it where it lands, one hop stops, low shots, high shots, everything. On occasion all that extra shaft would get in the way or make some shots that s
  8. I have a petite 5 year old daughter who is showing signs of wanting to play with her old man. I picked up a used set of children's clubs but they still seem to be a bit heavy for her. Does anyone have advice on affordable clubs that are light weight for a child? Thanks
  9. Hello everyone, Im new to these forums. Little bit about myself......haven't been playing golf consistently for very long(sixth time at the range in about 3 years) but iv. I went to the range today and a lady had a trackman setup. Asked her if I could try it out and she was hesitant at first(was wearing gym shorts and shirt) but she agreed. I only got 1 swing in but it felt great even though i have been hitting the same driver(cobra ss 350) since highschool....currently 28yr. Anyways after looking at the numbers she was pretty surprised and told me my swing is very fast. A pro instructor came
