Then you should set harder goals next year. 😄) Keep the replie

  4. What is The Great Experiment? Let me explain a bit first (warning, long and possibly boring): Backstory I have been a member here for a few years but not active in the last year and a half. I'm 41 and have been golfing since I was 14. My HC was around 13 for the last 10 years though I got to single digits for a few months once. In the Spring of 2017 in my first round of golf for the year, on the third hole I took a swing with a fairway wood and heard a sickening "crack!" and I dropped like a rock. I had to be ambulanced off the course and found out I had fractured my back
  5. New to this thread. Serious inquiry into back issue relief through a Count Yogi method or Channel Lock by gentleman in Australia. My lower back (herniated and bulging disc) is flairing up more often as I age. 58 and back surgery out of question for time being. Ran across the 2 gentlemen noted above in my google search. Seeking results/opinions of someone who has used one of above mentioned methods in reducing back pain from conventional golf swing. Any info provided is appreciated.

Use your Member Swing thread for deeper discussions about your goals and how well you achieved them. P.S. 7. I've been Playing Golf for: most of my life My current handicap index or average score is: 1.4 Hey everyone, I am starting this thread primarily with the intention of updating my goals from the 'My 2019 Goals' thread. This is a cool way for me to document progress and share with all of you my progress on the 2019 goals. I read the instructions and it said to post continuing replies or updates to that thread here. Thats obviously the original goal post above. Basically to get my game down to the point where consistently my worst day is a 75 and when Im on its sub 70
  8. My golf foursome has been playing together for years (20+). We are in desperate need of a season scoring system, so that we can look back on the season and determine who holds the Golfer of the Year bragging rights. We don't handicap our rounds, as we are all about the same level. We are trying to come up with a system that awards points to individual golfers, so that at the end of the season, we can tally the points and crown the GOTY. We would like the system to take the following into account; 1. Rank for the day (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) 2. Course difficulty (a 79 at an easy cours

  14. I started playing golf at the beginning of the year and got a Golf Australia handicap of 27.5 in April, I have set myself a goal of getting to scratch in 18 months. 8 months later I have a GA handicap of 13.7. Is my goal possible? Is there anyone out there that has done the same who can give some solid advice?
