  1. Hey all. I recently bought this club off Facebook marketplace and it wasn't cheap. I'm now wondering if I've been sold a fake. The guy selling it also bought it second hand so had no reason to believe it was. It's in pristine condition, looks like it's never been used. There was no mention of whether or not it had been refinished. It looks the part mostly but the face has been made entirely smooth and I know traditionally Scotty's have the characteristic milling. I'd appreciate some opinions and this is my first Scotty and can't seem to find anything on the web. It came with a he
  2. I have been looking into putters and can’t decide which putter I should go with. I wanted to hear your input, thanks.
  3. Okay...for the past couple of months I've been trying various putters. I've been using the same one for a few years now and since joining a club (with very fast greens) I have not been as successful as in the past. I have learned a couple things that I did not previously knew (or think really mattered). First, you can find a mallet style putter that sets up like a blade and is not as heavy as previous mallet models. I have always liked the look of a mallet and feel (I think I can make a shorter/slower stroke and still get the ball to the hole), but it takes me a few holes to actually get the s
  4. Hey here's another question I been thinking about. Now I've never used one hence my ignorance on the subject, but since most Scotty's are custom done titleist putters, why are they so high? Do they putt better than the normal titleist would? Or is the price because he has customized the look and added stones or maybe miller the face, whatever. What's the big deal with the Scotty?
  5. I've used a Yes! Callie putter for a few years now and have generally enjoyed it. However, I'd like to upgrade a bit to something a bit nicer. After having spent years looking at the neat restorations at the Cameron site, I'm really interested in finding a used Scotty and having it restored/refinished to my liking. So, with that in mind, what are some of the older Scotty's that can be had for $100 or less? I see a lot of Circa 62's floating around. Thanks in advance, Chappy
