  1. 1. Re LPGA – whatever happened to “let your clubs do the talking”?

Btw, I wonder what language our clubs would speak in? Chinese? Most clubs are made in China after all. Japanese? The best forgings are from Japan.

    2. Vijay is just an inspiration to all 40-somethings. He’s showing us what a strong mind and healthy body is capable of…and of course, a lot of blood, sweat and tears thrown in. I’m rooting for the big Fijian to take the Fedex Cup with another win in one of the next 2 events. I wonder if Vijay’s english would pass mustard with the LPGA commish?

    3. LPGA commish – “how’s your english young lady?” Teenage LPGA phenom who’s just shot 59 to win the Grand Slam of majors in a single calender year – “my england is very powderful, thank you”. LPGA commish – “I’m sorry, you’re disqualified on a technicality. It’s Rule number err, err, umh, ah …oh, I’ll come back to you on that one.”

Hey, commish – to further attract interest in your game, why not go down the road of, say volleyball? Tight shorts perhaps?

  2. LPGA is losing sponsors and it’s not because players aren’t speaking English. They are losing tournaments because the commissioner has alienated sponsors. This is her way of passing the buck. 💡
