Hole #5: Bill Haas Injured in Fatal Car Crash
On Wednesday, the day before he was scheduled to appear at Riviera, Bill Haas was injured in a three-car crash that killed the driver of his Ferrari. Actor Luke Wilson, who was unharmed, was driving a third car. [Link]

Korean player Jin Young Ko won the Women’s Australian Open this week, besting fellow South Korean Hyejin Choi by three shots. The wire-to-wire win was Ko’s second on the LPGA Tour. [Link]
Hole #9: Augusta National Looking to Push Back Fifth Tee Box
Augusta National is planning to move the fifth tee box back between 20 and 30 yards following the Masters this year, adding substantial distance to what is already one of the course’s more difficult holes.
