  2. thanks for the heads up i checked it out, seems there are quite a few differences in opinion throughout your thread... have you made any decisions yet? still leaning toward the ping's?
  3. Hello all, my name is Matt im a first time visitor. I am currently in the market for new clubs and im struggling with which irons I should select. I have already purchased a putter new (Odyssey white hot xg marxman mini) and Driver from a friend (Walter Hagan aws 9* w/aldila shaft) The driver isn't the greatest of brands, but I hit this thing better than any other driver i've ever tried so until I find something I like better this will remain in the bag. I am a 20 handicap currently and I'm looking to improve my game. I have a budget of around $500. The sets I've looked at thus far are: Taylor Made Burner/ Burner Plus Callaway x20,22 3 of the 4 here are within budget and would allow me some room to invest in a new driver provided i find one i like. The reason for my post here is id like assistance with comparing these. Over the last few months I've researched and tried to find comparison material between these and have had little luck finding usable material. If any of you are currently using, have used these or something similar please let me know what you think. I was tricked into buying a cheap set from a sporting goods store in Ohio a few years ago and I do not want to waste my money again. I play 1-2 times per week work and woman permitting so they will get a fair amount of usage. I really like the look of the Taylor Made clubs but a co-worker told me to stay away from the Taylor Made Irons.. Thanks in advance! -Matt
