  1. If you have the time, I would recommend doing two back to back. There is a TRX flexibility workout, which I think is essential for golfers. This isn't tough as far working up a sweat, but it really stretches you out, and has increased my swing flexibility substantially. I then follow this up with the TRX Cardio workout. You will need a jump rope for this one in addition to the TRX. This workout will improve strength in your legs, core and arms. This one will kick your *#s. Do this four times a week and you will be in great shape after 90 days. I have a bad back (two herniated disks that have been operated on) and this workout has my back feeling great! I can easily play 54 holes in a weekend with no issues. Go to www.fitnessanywhere.com for more info.
