Here is a youtube link to my flightscope xi showing club and ball data. I posted about this last week but has anyone else seen or heard of this happening?

I have a flightscope xi and it shows all club and ball data. The only thing it does not show is spin axis. This is my second flightscope (Originally had the xi+) I used the xi+ app from my first flightscope and it connected and works. I have called flightscope before on this and they never gave me a clear answer. I have used it on multiple ipads with the xi+ app. My question is has anyone else ever had this happen or heard of it? I am putting together a video this afternoon after work to post.
