  1. my posture comes from when I used to lift all the time, was always worried about having poor posture when squatting. My back just doesn't curve anymore, I don't know how to do it. I just tried to do it in the mirror and couldn't, I'll keep working on it lol. Thank you. I've practiced my grip and will try it out soon.
