I was wondering about the back swing . I have a frend that is a single diget handicap but stuggles with the tee shots. In his back swing he lowers quite a lot(sits down) And as soon as he gets to the top and start down he stands up gradually. I see most tour players stay still in the back swing, and in the through swing they lower a bit and half way down they exsplode to the top.!!!??

Hi) I want to ask a question, maybe its silly)) I have a 5 wood taylormade r5 dual ti. With a stiff M.A.S 55 gram mid torque soft tip shaft and D2 swing weight. This is my "go to" club, and always goes long and sort of straight with a nice flight. 185-210 meters. Now I need a 3 wood and maybe driver. Can I somehow see from this club I love what driver shafts and 3wood would do me good. I know it's best to get fitted and I will. Just wondering And what does mid torque soft tip D2 shaft do for the swing??????

Please add comments. I'm often coming toe down first with my clubs and maybe I'm spinning my hips???? The shot on the video was a pull. How do you guys slow down the YouTube videos???
